SCOPE
This Dr. Pulse Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to your use of:

Dr. Pulse Application Software and any updates or supplements to it (the “App”),
once you have downloaded a copy onto your smartphone, tablet, or other device
(“Device”).

Dr. Pulse Cloud Service, which allows users, via the App, to store Customer
Information in secure servers managed by Accurate Meditech Inc. or our service provider and to
remotely access such Customer Information from your Device (“Service”), if you
choose to connect the App to that Service.
This Statement explains how Accurate Meditech Inc., located at 8F-10, No. 12, Ln. 609, Sec. 5, Chongxin Rd.,
Sanchong Dist., New Taipei City, 241406, Taiwan (Accurate Meditech,” “we,” or “us”) will process personal data that
we collect from you or that you provide to us in connection with the App and/or
Service. Please read carefully and agree to the terms below to understand our
practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. If you are a
minor under applicable law, you must not register for or use the App or Service.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
You can use the App as a stand-alone mobile application with local storage only. If
you reside in a country where we offer the Service, you may create a personal
account to store data in our secure cloud.
Regardless of whether you use the stand-alone App or the App with Service, we collect
and process the following personal data about you and your Device, subject to your
consent. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but if you withhold or withdraw
consent, you may not be able to fully use the App and/or Service.
When Using the App Without the Service

Attribute Information: Your date of birth, age, gender, height,
weight, and any other profile details you choose to provide.

Registered Device Information: Details about the healthcare
device (e.g., Accurate Mini blood pressure monitor model and serial number) you pair with
the App, as well as device-specific settings you enter.

Support Information: Any data you provide when you contact us
for support (e.g., issue descriptions, device logs).

User History Information: Your App usage logs (screens viewed,
feature interactions), IP address, timestamps, referrer pages, and cookie data.
When Connecting the App to the Service

Vital Data: Your blood pressure readings, weight measurements,
pulse/heart rate, and any other health metrics collected by your Accurate Mini device and
synced to Dr. Pulse.

Account Information: Your login ID, authentication token, email
address, password (securely hashed), and any additional information you set in
your account profile to use the Service.

Linked App/Service Data: If you permit linking Dr. Pulse with
third-party platforms (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health), we
collect the data from those platforms that you authorize (“Linked Data”).
Location Information
The App may request permission to access your Device’s location to facilitate
Bluetooth communication with your Accurate Mini device. We do not store or use your precise
location. Location permission can be revoked at any time via
Settings → Dr. Pulse → Location, but disabling it may disable Bluetooth
pairing. Selecting “Allow All the Time” lets the App pair with your device even when
it is closed.
We may also receive data about you from third parties (e.g., service providers,
alliance partners), provided you grant permission within those third-party privacy
settings.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal data held about you for the following purposes:
- To inform you of products and services we offer.
- To provide, operate, and manage the App and/or Service (including cloud sync).
- To handle your inquiries and support requests about the App and/or Service.
- To invite you to participate in surveys or questionnaires.
- To develop or improve our products, services, and algorithms, including medical
research.
- To distribute campaign and event information, announce drawings and winners, or
ship prizes.
- To recruit subjects for, or execute, clinical studies.
- To conduct medical/healthcare research and related academic activities, including
publications.
- To respond when you contact us for support or other purposes.
- To conduct planning, marketing, development, and promotional activities related
to medical or healthcare devices, including system/app development and sales
efforts.
We will only share Linked Data (e.g., Google Fit data) with third parties for
legitimate App improvements. We do not use Linked Data for advertising or sale
to data brokers.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We may disclose personal data we collect to the following categories of third parties:

Affiliates & Subsidiaries: Accurate Meditech Inc. group companies that assist
with providing the App and Service.

Vendors & Service Providers: Entities that help us with cloud
hosting, data storage, analytics, customer support, marketing analysis, and
payment processing.

Clinical/Research Partners: Institutions conducting clinical
studies or medical research, provided you consent as part of study enrollment.

Legal & Compliance: If required by law, regulation, court order,
or to protect Accurate Meditech Inc.’s rights and safety, we may share data with law
enforcement, courts, or other government agencies worldwide.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or
sale, we may transfer data to the acquiring entity under the same Privacy
Statement (unless we notify you otherwise).
We may also share de-identified or aggregated data (e.g., statistical health trends)
with researchers, partners, or the public. Such data cannot identify you.
TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE YOUR COUNTRY
Your personal data may be processed, stored, and used in countries outside your
country of residence, including the United States, Singapore, and Japan. These
countries may not have the same data protection laws as your country. By using the
App or Service, you consent to these cross-border data transfers. We implement
safeguards (e.g., encryption, standard contractual clauses) to ensure adequate
protection in all jurisdictions.
SECURITY MEASURES
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
data against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure:
- All data stored on your Device is encrypted using current encryption techniques.
- Data transmitted to our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
- Cloud-stored data is hosted on secure servers with industry-standard access controls.
- We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we
strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any data you
transmit to us is at your own risk. Once received, we use strict procedures to
safeguard your information.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have several rights concerning how we process your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Update/Correction: You may ask us to correct or update inaccurate
or incomplete data.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data. If you
do so, you will no longer be able to use the App or Service.
- Withdraw Consent / Object: You may withdraw consent or object to
processing. If you withdraw consent to essential processing, you cannot continue
using the App or Service.
- Restrict Processing: You may request that we restrict processing.
If granted, you cannot continue using the App or Service.
- Data Portability: You may request an export of your personal data
in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another provider.
We cannot honor requests for data that has been anonymized and cannot be linked back
to you (“Anonymized Information”).
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We retain your personal data and account information as long as you keep the App
installed and/or maintain an active Service account. After you cancel your account
or uninstall the App, we may retain only your Anonymized Information for analytics
and research.

To delete your account for the Service, open the App → Profile → Account Settings →
Delete Account.
