1) Authorized use

• You must be authorized by your healthcare organization to access C2D.
• You agree not to share credentials and to follow your facility’s security policies.
• We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risk.

2) Clinical responsibility

• C2D supports clinical workflows (monitoring, alerts, documentation) but does not replace professional judgment.
• Users are responsible for verifying patient selection, data entry accuracy, and appropriate clinical actions.

3) Data and confidentiality

• You agree to handle patient data according to applicable law and your facility’s policies.
• Exports/reports (PDF/CSV/Excel) may contain sensitive patient data and must be protected.

4) E-signatures and audit trail

C2D may provide e-signature and audit logging features. You agree that:

• Signatures represent your intent/approval as recorded in the system.
• Audit logs record security and workflow events for integrity and accountability.

5) Acceptable use

• No attempts to bypass security controls (MFA, session limits, IP allowlisting).
• No unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or interference with the service.
• No uploading malicious content or violating third-party rights.

6) Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, or modify the Service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or incidents.

7) Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardio2Doc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9) Termination

Your facility administrator may revoke access. We may suspend/terminate access for security, legal, or policy reasons.
