- Login / clinic credentials: Accounts are provisioned by your hospital/clinic administrator. If credentials are missing/expired, contact your facility admin.
- MFA issues: Confirm device time is correct; re-scan the QR if re-enrolling; contact admin for reset.
- Patient not found: Verify tenant/clinic selected, MRN/ID, or filters.
- Device assignment: Confirm device is registered and available; verify patient status is Active.
- Live vitals not updating: Check network connectivity and that monitoring is started for the patient.
